Seminar-meeting on the draft Concept of Anti-Corruption policy for 2022-2026

On December 21, 2022, a seminar-meeting on "zero tolerance" to corruption was held in the Construction Department of the West Kazakhstan Region within the framework of the approved Concept of the Anti-Corruption Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022-2026. In the presentation of the Concept, the head of the Prevention Department of the Anti-corruption Service of the West Kazakhstan Region, B.M. Khairullin, spoke about the ongoing reforms in the field of anti-corruption, placing special emphasis on the draft Concept of anti-Corruption Policy for 2022-2026. The main goal and expected result of the Concept is to increase the involvement of civil society in combating corruption, an open and accountable state apparatus, an effective corruption risk management system, transparent budget processes and competitive procurement. At the end of the event, the head of the Construction Department of the West Kazakhstan Region Antaziev A.S. thanked those present and offered to hold these events on a monthly basis.
