"Construction of a 3-storey apartment building in the village of Zhana Omir of the Terektinsky district of the West Kazakhstan region".

Within the framework of the Nurly Zher program, construction of a 24-apartment 3-storey rental residential building in the village of Zhana Omir of the Terektinsky district of the West Kazakhstan region began in May 2021. The contractor is Eureka LLP. The total contractual value is 260.0 million tenge. 168.1 million tenge was allocated for the construction of the facility in 2021 at the expense of the National Fund, and 91.9 million tenge was allocated in 2022 at the expense of the local budget. The construction of the residential building was completed in September of this year.

To date, work is underway to carry out networks and landscaping of the residential building, the work is scheduled to be completed in November of this year. Housing will be provided to 24 waiting lists of the local executive body from among socially vulnerable segments of the population and large families.
