In 2022, within the framework of the Nurly Zher state housing and communal development program, 13 multi-apartment residential buildings and 70 residential buildings in the countryside are being built, a total of 2420 apartments.
To date, construction of 10 multi-apartment residential buildings is being carried out in Uralsk at the expense of budgetary funds. On July 14 this year, Deputy Akim of the West Kazakhstan region T. Zh. Mendygaliev got acquainted with the construction of residential buildings in the city of Uralsk. Including the construction of residential buildings No. 15, 28, 29, 53, 54 in Zachagansk, residential building No. 1 in the Akzhaiyk microdistrict, residential building No. 7, located in the north-eastern part of the city of Uralsk, was checked. Instructions were given to eliminate the shortcomings identified during the audit.
At the end of the year, at the expense of budgetary funds in the region, it is planned to put into operation 4 multi-apartment residential buildings and 54 residential buildings in the countryside, a total of 1002 apartments. Of these, for depositors of Otbasy Bank JSC, it is planned to put into operation 3 multi-apartment residential buildings in the city of Uralsk, 1 multi-apartment residential building in the city of Aksai and 20 residential buildings in the village of Tokpai, Terektinsky district, for those on the waiting list of the local executive body, it is planned to commission 34 residential buildings in the village.
