Guest lecture on " Fundamentals of entrepreneurship»

On October 17, 2019, the Ural Polytechnic College hosted a guest lecture in the framework of teaching the course "Fundamentals of entrepreneurship" with a social partner-employer of the College, Director of SKF Otdelstroy LLP, Deputy of the city maslikhat Valentina Pavlovna Mikhno. The students were senior students. The main purpose of this course is to develop entrepreneurial thinking among modern youth.
During the lecture, Valentina Pavlavna told about her life and work, about the advantages of small and medium-sized businesses with evidence and confirmation from her own biography. As a leader in the transition period of the economic crisis in the native enterprise, she turned the situation around and brought the team to the top, thanks to participation in the implementation of the State program of housing construction, repair and reconstruction of buildings and structures.
Students ' cognitive interest was expressed by questions about the prospects of entrepreneurial activity in the construction industry. V. p. Mikhno emphasized that the main type of motivation for students is to master the profession at a high level and focus on innovations in the construction and construction industry.
