The installation of elevators and window blocks has been completed. Work is underway on finishing apartments and engineering networks. Completion is scheduled for early November 2020.
Also in 2019, construction of a 9 - storey 126-apartment residential building was started in the 10th microdistrict of the city of Aksay (38-spot, contractor ARSBUILDING LLP). Work is underway to fill the monolithic structure of the 7-8 floor, brickwork, installation of Windows, internal engineering networks. Completion is scheduled for December 2020.
Construction of a 198-apartment residential building in the 10th microdistrict (39-spot, Contracting organization "Zhienbay"LLP), which will be transferred to 2021. Work is underway on the Foundation. Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2021.
