Housing construction in p.Tokpai Terektinsky district of West Kazakhstan region
This year, within the framework of the state housing program "Nurly Zher" for 2020-2025 in the direction of social credit housing, construction has begun on 2 housing projects in the village ofTokai Terektinsky district of West Kazakhstan region. For each project, it is planned to build 20 six-apartment buildings with a total of 240 apartments, the construction is carried out in a single architectural style. Funds were allocated for the construction through a bond loan.
Construction and installation works are carried out by KAZ-Khol LLP. To date, 7 houses have been completely finished with interior decoration, Windows installed, and roofs completed. This year, it is planned to complete the construction of the 1st project, that is, the keys will be handed over to 120 families.
