- Under the program 038 "construction and reconstruction of health facilities" - 6314388.0 thousand tenge;
- Under the program 039 "construction and reconstruction of social security facilities" -49727.0 thousand tenge;
- Under the program 086 "construction and reconstruction of primary, basic secondary and General secondary education" - 175446.0 thousand tenge;
- Under the program 088 "lending to district (cities of regional significance) budgets to Finance activities under the employment Roadmap" - 6018671.0 thousand tenge;
