Competition "Best personnel practices and initiatives in public service"

On July 15 of the current year, the "Best Personnel Practices and Initiatives in Public Service" competition for representatives of the personnel management service was held under the organization of the West Kazakhstan Region Department of the State Service Agency and with the support of the West Kazakhstan Region State, Bank Institutions and Public Service Employees Branch Trade Union.

During the event, new projects were presented to the participants to increase the level of coordination of activities on the implementation of legislation in the field of public service and digitalization of personnel management activities.

 According to the results of the competition, Aliya Rakhmatullievna Yergaliyeva, the head of the administrative department of the Board, won the 1st place.

 The winners of the competition and all the participants were presented with certificates and diplomas on behalf of the regional trade union of state, banking institutions and public service employees of the West Kazakhstan region.
