Deadlines for submitting the declaration of income and property

Since 2021, universal declaration has been gradually introduced in Kazakhstan, which begins with civil servants, persons equated to them, as well as their spouses. The State Revenue Committee recalled the deadline for submitting the declaration in 2022.
September 15, 2022 is the deadline for submitting the declaration of income and property (form 270.00) in electronic form.
The declaration must be submitted on paper no later than July 15, 2022.
The declaration of income and property in 2022 is submitted by persons of the first stage of universal declaration, who in 2021 submitted a declaration of assets and liabilities (form 250.00).
To fill out declarations in electronic form, you can use the service "Taxpayer's Office" (kgd.gov.kz) and the mobile application "e-Salyq Azamat".
Declarations are submitted by individuals at the place of residence (stay), and by individual entrepreneurs, persons engaged in private practice - at the location.
