Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve
In accordance with the instructions of the Head of State,
this year a selection is being held for the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve, according to the results of which the following will be selected
50 reservists for the public sector.
πππAccording to the requirements established by Presidential Decree No. 580 of May 18, 2021, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan aged no older than 35 years, with higher education and work experience of at least 5 years, as well as with knowledge of the state language at the level not lower than average, can participate in the selection. The period of stay in the reserve will be 3 years.
πππThe appointment of a reservist to a vacant state position will be carried out in a non-competitive manner, taking into account the set of competencies and on the recommendation of the National Commission for Youth Personnel Reserve. At the same time, enrollment in the Reserve does not guarantee appointment to a public position.
πππTo enroll in the Reserve, candidates will have to go through several consecutive stages, including:
1οΈ β£ assessment of the ability to work with complex numerical
and textual information;
2οΈ β£ solving situational problems;
3οΈ β£ assessment of competencies;
4οΈ β£ interview with the Expert Commission;
5. meeting of the National Commission on Youth Personnel Policy under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
πππMost of the stages will be held online.
πππUnlike the previous selection, the recruitment process is aimed not only at identifying the required knowledge, skills and abilities, but also at assessing the true motives of candidates and their value orientations. The goal is to identify and attract young talents who are guided by public interests to the public service.
πππThe acceptance of documents is scheduled to begin on September 1 this year.
