Information

As of November 1, 2020, the Finance Department of the West Kazakhstan region transferred 56 objects of regional communal property to property lease (lease). Income from rent amounted to 32,5 million tenge.

 

To transfer to property lease (leasing), there are the following unused objects of regional communal property:

 

 

1) part of the premises with an area of 2,5 sq.m. in the building at the address: WKO, Kaztalovsky district, Kaztalovka village, S. Daniyalov street, bld. 1;

2) part of the premises with an area of 2,0 sq.m. in the building at the address: WKO, Bokeyordinsky district, village Saykhin, Madina Begalieva str., bld. 10, letter B;

3) part of the premises with an area of 2,0 sq.m. in the building at the address: WKO, Syrymsky district,  Zhympity village, S. Datova St., bld. 83, letter A;

4) part of the premises with an area of 2,5 square meters in the building at the address: WKO, Uralsk, Krugloozernovsky settlement, Astana street, bld. 33, letter A;

5) part of the premises with an area of 2,0 sq.m. in the building at the address: WKO, Zhanibeksky district, Zhanibek village, Zhenis street, bld. 17, letter A;

6) part of the premises with an area of 2,0 sq.m. in the building at the address: WKO, Chingirlau district, Shyngyrlau village, Kazakhstanskaya str., building 16, letter B;

 7) part of the premises with an area of 2,0 sq.m. in the building at the address: WKO, Kaztalovsky district, Zhalpaktal village, E. Aksyikov str., bld.18, letter A;

8) part of the premises with an area of 2,0 sq.m. in the building at the address: WKO, Terektinsky district, Akzhaik village, Akzhaiyk str., bld. 2, letter A;

9) a room with an area of 16,3 square meters with equipment in the building at the address: WKO, Uralsk, Krugloozernovsky settlement, Astana street, bld. 33A;

10) premises with an area of 70,2 sq.m. in the building at the address: WKO, Uralsk, st. Dambovy tupik , bld 5/2;

11) premises with an area of 55,1 sq.m. in the building at the address: WKO, Uralsk, st. Dambovy tupik, bld.  5/2;

12) premises with an area of 39,2 sq.m. in the building at the address: WKO, Uralsk, st. Dambovy tupik, bld. 5/2;

13) premises with an area of 53,6 sq.m. in the building at the address: WKO, Uralsk, st. Dambovy tupik, bld. 5/2.
