PSC employees now provide public services in public places

29 connection points were opened in 20 regions of Kazakhstan, where citizens can independently receive public services. Self-service areas are located in crowded areas such as shopping malls, markets, bus stations and banks.
Including 3 Connection points have been opened in the West Kazakhstan regional branch, where citizens can independently receive public services at the following addresses:
• Uralsk, Kurmangazy str., 173/1 Dom Byta Trading House;
• Uralsk, Isaeva str., 2/9 Moskovsky Trading House;
• Uralsk, Saraishyk str. 47 "Reception Center for citizens"
It should be noted that connection point is a zone where citizens are helped to receive services independently through the e-government portal. Here, customers can order such popular services as obtaining an EDS, registration at the place of residence, obtaining a certificate of pension accruals and others.
"Last year, Kazakhstanis received more than 15 million services in the self-service sectors in PSC. We decided to scale this project and installed so-called connectionpoints in large cities and regional centers. We did not choose shopping centers, markets, and a bus station by chance, they have high traffic and it will be convenient for citizens to contact our employees to provide public services," said Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation Armankenzhegaliev.
By the way, to date, more than 2 thousand services have been provided through self-service sectors in shopping malls and bazaars. One of the services in demand in January was the submission of applications for the correction of information on the registration of acts of civil status. Citizens applied to add information about children to participate in the National Fund for Children program.
