Regional talent pool: who can participate?
Selection for the Regional Personnel Reserve starts on March 1.
Citizens of Kazakhstan under 35 years of age with higher education and a total work experience of at least 3 years can take part in the selection.
Persons appointed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, political officials, administrative civil servants of the "A" corps, persons enrolled in the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve may not be allowed to participate in the selection for the regional reserve.
The number of candidates enrolled in the regional reserve, sectoral directions are determined by regional personnel commissions, taking into account the socio-economic situation in the region and the priorities of the development of the public administration system.
The selection consists of several stages and will last from March 1 to the end of June 2024.
The period of stay in the reserve is 2 years. During this period, reservists may be appointed to administrative public positions of Corps "B" in local executive bodies, with the exception of elected positions.
How do I register on the site?
To participate in the selection, it is necessary to register on the online platform from March 1 to March 31 this year onir.pkrezerv.gov.kz by specifying personal data. Candidates who have submitted documents on paper or in electronic form also register on the online platform and upload documents within one business day after submitting documents, but no later than the last day of receipt of documents specified in the announcement.
Along with specifying the correct contact details in the "Personal data" section, applicants must select the region of the personnel reserve and the industry direction. The choice of two or more regional reserves or industry directions is not allowed, as well as the repeated choice of a regional reserve or industry direction.
For successful registration, it is necessary to undertake obligations to comply with the established requirements for the participants of the selection, to ensure the reliability of the information and documents provided. All necessary files must be uploaded.
What documents are required to participate in the project?
Citizens who wish to participate in the selection for the regional reserve, submit an application and attach the following documents:
- a copy of the identity card or passport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- copies of educational documents and their appendices;
- a copy of the document confirming the work activity, certified by the personnel service at the last place of work.
The selection for the regional reserve consists of the following stages:
1) acceptance of candidates' documents (from March 1 to March 31);
2) testing for knowledge of the law (from April 5 to April 9) and assessment of personal qualities (from April 13 to April 14);
3) assessment of competencies (from April 22 to June 7);
4) Structured interview at the regional commission (from June 13-15);
5) consideration at the meeting of the regional commission of candidates for admission to the regional reserve (from June 15 to 17).

Registration for the first stage of the "Legislative Knowledge Test" will be open from the moment of receipt of the notification confirming acceptance of the application for participation until 23:59 minutes on March 31, 2024.
