Through the PSC:
First of all, we recommend that you book a queue online at any PSC in your city;
Arrive 20 minutes earlier than the set time to confirm your armor;
You can apply for benefits by submitting the following documents to the PSC operator:
ID card;
A document confirming your degree, i.e. a brochure;
Bank account information;
Via SMS:
If you are registered in the mobile citizens database, after awarding a gold or silver necklace, you will receive an SMS letter to proactively apply for benefits.
If you respond positively to the notification and send a bank account, you can apply without visiting the PSC.
SMS messages to mothers who are not registered in the mobile citizens database are not received.
The amount of the benefit for all degrees is 6.4 MCI (17,779.2 tenge).
The service delivery time is 7 business days, excluding the date of submission of the document.

✔️ The benefit is paid from the date of application submission. If the application is submitted later than the moment of obtaining the degree, the recalculation will not be made.
