The government for citizens has launched a new pilot project for the provision of public services "Provision of land from state ownership" and "Provision of land from state ownership through the organization and conduct of auctions (auctions) for the sale of land or the right to lease land" on the portal egov.kz.
The pilot project started on December 10 in Aktobe. Thanks to the integration of the egov e-government portal.kz, the new information system "Unified state real estate cadastre", the geoportal of the akimat of Aktobe and the electronic trading platform, two land plots at once found their owner. Both plots are intended for commercial use: the first – for the placement and maintenance of a kindergarten, the second-for a building (structure or structure). At the same time, 5 applications were submitted for participation in one auction, and 11 in the other.
By the way, to participate in the auction, the service recipient must have an Electronic digital signature. The result of the provision of public services in both cases is a contract of sale or lease of a land plot or a reasoned refusal response.
Based on the results of the pilot project, a decision will be made to distribute online data collection of public services throughout the Republic.
