The civil service is a vivid example of conscientious service to the people, contribution to the development of the country. In this regard, one of the citizens who work with dignity in the field of Public Service is Zeinullin Samgat Serikovich.
Samgat Serikovich was born on July 9, 1984 in the village of Ushagash, Karatobe District, West Kazakhstan region. Specialist with higher education. In 2007, he graduated from the West Kazakhstan agrarian and Technical University with a degree in agronomist.
He started his career in 2010 as a phytopathologist in the Karatobe District branch of the state institution "Republican methodological Center for phytosanitary diagnostics and forecasts" of the state inspection committee in the agro-industrial complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In different years, he worked as a clerk of the Office of the Akim of Karatobe district, a specialist in identifying quarantine objects of this institution, a clerk and Chief Specialist of the Office of the Akim of Karatobe rural district.
In 2021-2025, he held the position of Akim of Saralzhyn rural district of Karatobe district and contributed to the socio-economic development of the region.
Samgat Serikovich, who gained the trust of the people thanks to his extensive experience, responsibility and professional qualifications in the civil service, still works for the good of the country today.
Married, father of four children. She is raising two sons and two daughters.
