A participant who is an individual and a legal entity submits the following documents to participate in the competition:
1) application for participation in the competition;
2) competitive offer;
In the tender offer, except for the provision of a land plot for aquaculture:
1) business plan (estimated volume of investments, areas for growing crops, livestock of farm animals, applicable agricultural technologies, availability of agricultural machinery and technological equipment, qualified specialists in the field of Agriculture ,number of jobs created);
2) obligations to develop and develop an on-farm land management project, implement measures for the development of agricultural infrastructure;
3) rules for the rational use of agricultural land approved by the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 17, 2020 No. 7 (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 19893) and Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Obligations to comply with the requirements of the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the rules for rational use of pastures approved by the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 24, 2017 No. 173 (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 15090), to fulfill indicative indicators for diversifying the structure of acreage of agricultural crops in accordance with the specialization of the region, to comply with scientifically based agricultural technologies, phytosanitary and quarantine requirements.
Acceptance and registration of applications for participation in the competition after thirty calendar days from the date of publication of the announcement of the competition, applications are accepted and registered from July 27, 2026 to August 14, 2026.
