The regional akimat explained to entrepreneurs the mechanisms of state support for the construction of educational facilities. The meeting was attended by Deputy Akim of the region Bakytzhan Narymbetov, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC "SEC "Aqjaiyq" Alimzhan Tokhtasunov, representatives of banks, construction organizations, the Department of Education, the Department of Land relations, the Damu Foundation, entrepreneurs in the field of education.

During the meeting, the advantages and opportunities of participation in projects for the construction of social facilities were presented to the business community.

According to Alimzhan Tokhtasunov, the concept of the mechanism is a partnership between the state and the private sector. A private developer represented by an investor carries out the commissioning of the object at his own expense. Upon successful commissioning, the state places a targeted state order. The speaker named several prerequisites for implementation: unloading of 3 shift schools, population growth and construction of new microdistricts.

- The Akimat provides a land plot for social facilities at a preferential rental rate and all the necessary engineering networks. Our organization is ready to accompany you from the very beginning of the project to the implementation. This will cost 2% of the project cost. Payment is possible after the end of the implementation. We will help you create a financial model, the entire list of documents can be thrown off online. Our specialists have developed clear mechanisms for the construction of social facilities. Second-tier banks are ready to cooperate. The investor finances at least 10% of the project cost with his own funds for the construction of the school. According to the" Economy of Simple Things", it is possible to get a deferred payment for two years. The investor's task is to deposit funds and attract innovative technology. The school will remain under the ownership of the investor.

Alimzhan Tokhtasunov pointed out per capita state financing, optimization of operating expenses of the school and the provision of paid services as sources of income for the investor.

Asel Turgaeva, Deputy Director of the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund, provided information on measures of state support for SMEs within the framework of the Damu Foundation's activities.

- So, at present, the Damu Fund provides support in three main areas, these are co-financing, concessional lending and various instruments. The Fund is the operator of such state programs as the "Business Roadmap-2025", "The Economy of simple Things" , and also provides entrepreneurs with support within its own programs to support SMEs." In the end, our fund reduces the interest rate for investors, pays the difference in the amount of half the cost of the loan amount – " Asel Turgayeva said.

– We have construction companies that are ready to build educational facilities, but they do not know how to work and develop in the field of education. Therefore, on behalf of the akim of the region, we meet with teaching teams, school directors and builders, conduct explanatory work. We are waiting for active activity and initiative from school principals. If there are investors, the state is ready to support them – " Deputy Akim of the region Bakytzhan Narymbetov summed up the results of the meeting.
