FOOD PRICES ARE FALLING IN THE WEST KAZAKHSTAN REGION

Today, a fair of agricultural goods was held in Uralsk. As you know, holding agricultural fairs allows residents to buy food at prices below market prices. At the same time, in comparison with the fair organized a week earlier, there is a decrease in prices for items by an average of 15-20%.

Agricultural fairs are one of the most effective ways to establish the sale of food products without intermediaries.
The event was attended by more than 50 economic entities from the districts of the region and the city, processing enterprises and large wholesale suppliers, who presented a wide range of goods at affordable prices.
Traditionally, commodity producers and suppliers were provided with trading places free of charge, which allows reducing trade fraud to a minimum.
As a result, today the price for high-grade flour starts from 167 tg, 1 liter of sunflower oil costs 720 tg, potatoes-170 tg, eggs -150 tg, cucumbers-60 tg.
Also, butter, milk, koumiss, honey, poultry meat and other products were displayed on the shelves of local farms.
The citizens were pleased with the reduction in prices and, in general,the resumption of fairs recently.
Ural residents actively bought up products and in a short time 24 thousand pieces of eggs, 40 tons of potatoes, 10 tons of onions, 20 tons of cucumbers, 3 tons of tomatoes, 2 tons of sausage products and other agricultural goods were sold.
