Therefore, quarantine measures can be tightened again: reduce the opening hours of summer cafes and the number of visits. The overall situation with the coronavirus in our region remains difficult: the number of cases per day is still at the level of last year's peak.

- The West Kazakhstan region is as close as possible to the border of the " red " zone, - said the chief sanvrach of the region Mukhamgali Aryspaev during the next meeting of the operational staff for combating CVI.

– I think that soon we will have to strengthen quarantine measures. First of all, this will affect the working regulations of large clubs, summer cafes, which are now open until 2.00 am. Most likely, their work schedule will change, and the number of visits will decrease.

By the way, there are 399 objects working in Uralsk using the Ashyq application. During the last monitoring, violations of quarantine measures were detected in the banquet halls "Tengri", "Zhaiyk", "Adelia", "Marseille", "Nauryz", "Albina+", "Altyn Saka", "Dinar". The materials were transferred to the Department of sanitary and Epidemiological control. Buses are also monitored weekly for compliance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements, 200 of which were checked over the past week and 9 drivers who violated the mask regime were identified.

According to the acting head of the regional health Department Arman Kalibekov, recently there has been an increase in the occupancy rate of infectious and intensive care beds-up to 67% and 52% in Uralsk. As for vaccination, thanks to visiting teams, such large enterprises as JSC "ZKMK", "Ural Plant "Zenit", "ZKKSM Brick Factory" and "Kubley"LLP were involved in the vaccination company. However, there is now a slowdown in the rate of vaccination.

- The population should understand that the vaccine is the only and effective way to protect against coronavirus, - said A. Kalibekov.

– Only thanks to vaccination, humanity has managed to defeat dangerous diseases, including smallpox, and to achieve an epidemic of such severe infections as diphtheria, measles, whooping cough and others.

As the governor of the West Kazakhstan Region Gali Iskaliyev noted during the meeting, the coronavirus has seriously undermined the economy of our country and the region, in particular:

- Every day, hundreds of millions of state treasury funds are spent on the fight against KVI. For example, for a two-week hospital treatment of one patient – up to 500 thousand tenge, for an intensive care patient – up to a million. We have a free vaccine in sufficient quantity, there are many points where you can get vaccinated and protect yourself and your family. There are problems with this in Europe, there are long queues for vaccines. Many of our former countrymen even come to Kazakhstan to get vaccinated. Those who are now opposed to vaccination are probably not familiar with the history of medicine, when deadly infections, including the plague, were defeated only thanks to vaccinations. By the way, I was vaccinated against KVI back in April. All our employees who are in public positions are vaccinated. It is impossible to relax in any case, the whole world is now struggling with new, more dangerous strains of coronavirus.
