As part of the implementation of the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K. K. Tokayev dated September 1, 2020 "Kazakhstan in a new specific situation: time of action", the Department of Emergency Situations of the West Kazakhstan Region operates a hotline 8 7112 51 44 50, which can be used to report violations of the constitutional rights of citizens, individuals and legal entities, illegal actions, extortion or bribery, abuse of official powers by employees of the Department.
The activity of the helpline is aimed at providing constant communication with the population to provide emergency assistance, advice and recommendations in various situations in accordance with the tasks assigned to the Department of Emergency Situations of the West Kazakhstan region.
