Information message

As of May 1, 2021, the Finance Department of the West Kazakhstan region has transferred 55 objects of regional municipal property to property lease (lease). Rental income amounted to 32.2 million tenge.

 

The following unused objects of the regional municipal property are available for transfer to the property lease (lease):

 

1) part of the premises with an area of 2.5 sq. m. in the building at the address: WKO, Kaztalovsky district, Kaztalovka village, S. Daniyalova str., st-e 1;

2) part of the premises with an area of 2.0 sq. m. in the building at the address: WKO, Bokeyordinsky district, Saikhinsky village, Saikhin village, Madina Begalieva street, st-e 10, letter B;

3) part of the premises with an area of 2.0 sq. m. in the building at the address: WKO, Syrymsky district, S. O. Zhympitinsky, S. Zhympity, S. Datova str., 83, letter A;

4) part of the premises with an area of 2.5 sq. m in the building at the address: WKO, Uralsk, Krugloozernovsky village, Astana str., st-e 33, letter A;

5) part of the premises with an area of 2.0 sq. m. in the building at the address: WKO, Zhanibek district, Zhanibek village, Zhenis str., 17, letter A;

6) part of the premises with an area of 2.0 sq. m. in the building at the address: WKO, Chingirlau district, Shyngyrlau village, Kazakhstanskaya str., zd. 16, letter B;

7) part of the premises with an area of 2.0 sq. m. in the building at the address: WKO, Kaztalovsky district, S. O. Zhalpaktal, S. Zhalpaktal, E. Aksiikov str., st-e 18, letter A;

8) part of the premises with an area of 2.0 sq. m. in the building at the address: WKO, Terektinsky district, Akzhaiksky village, Akzhaik village, Akzhayyk str., 2, letter A;

9) a room with an area of 16.3 sq. m with equipment in the building at the address: WKO, Uralsk, Krugloozernovsky village, Astana str., st-e 33A;

10) premises with an area of 70.2 sq. m. in the building at the address: WKO, Uralsk, st. tupov.Dam, st-e 5/2;

11) premises with an area of 55.1 sq. m. in the building at the address: WKO, Uralsk, st. tupov.Dam, st-e 5/2;

12) premises with an area of 39.2 sq. m. in the building at the address: WKO, Uralsk, st. tupov.Dam, st-e 5/2;

13) premises with an area of 53.6 sq. m. in the building at the address: WKO, Uralsk, st. tupov.Dam, st-e 5/2;

14) part of the premises with an area of 2.0 sq. m. in the building at the address: WKO, Uralsk, N. Sdykova str., st-e 20/1;

15) premises with an area of 14.4 sq. m. in the building at the address: WKO, Burlinsky district, S. O. Bumakolsky, S. Bumakol, ul. Linear, 6;

16) premises with an area of 24.7 sq. m. in the building at the address: WKO, Burlinsky district, S. O. Bumakolsky, S. Bumakol, ul. Linear, 6;

17) premises with an area of 32.9 sq. m. in the building at the address: WKO, Burlinsky district, S. O. Bumakolsky, S. Bumakol, Lineynaya str., 6;
