Today, as part of the implementation of the concept of the President of the country K. Tokayev "The Hearing state", a single day of reception of citizens "Open Akimat" was held throughout the region, which was attended by the governor of the region Gali Iskaliyev.
During the" Open Akimat " reception of citizens was conducted by the leadership of the region, the city of Uralsk, districts of the region, regional departments.
The event was organized in an online format via the Zoom platform. Citizens passed through the previously published link to the online halls, where they were received by the heads of the relevant state bodies in turn.
In this expanded format, the online reception of citizens in the region was held for the first time. "Open Akimat" was visited by residents aged 25 and over, and even a veteran of the Second World War.
The online reception lasted 6 hours. During this time, the head of the region received 23 applicants.
The questions asked mainly concerned the areas of housing, land relations, housing and utilities, education, healthcare, and Internet communications. There were also proposals, in particular, regarding participation in the improvement of Uralsk through the association of property owners (OSI).
It is worth noting that the event "Open Akimat" contributes to the accelerated and effective solution of topical issues that arise among the population. The use of the online format is not only a matter of time, but also an opportunity to visit the reception remotely, without wasting your time and money on movement. After the reception, residents were asked to anonymously express their opinion on the effectiveness of the online event. According to the survey, 79% of those who applied found a positive solution to their questions.
