Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bagdat Musin arrived in the West Kazakhstan region on a working visit. He got acquainted with the work of the specialized public service center (AutoCON), the call center 109 and the site "IT-Hub".
The first object of the visit by Minister B. Musin was the car center, which is located on Zhangir Khan Street. The total area of the building is 2,500 square meters, where an average of 1,100 people visit each day and provide about 600 services.
Here, for the 1st quarter of 2021, 32,788 services were provided, 18,390 separate types of vehicles were registered, 14,288 driver's licenses and 110 duplicates of state registration license plates were issued.
- Services are provided in a single electronic queue. Coupons are issued by scanning the ID card. In addition, the package of documents is checked for completeness, and if necessary, a list of documents of a particular public service is provided, " the car center noted.
After familiarizing himself with the work of the car center, the Minister of the Central Research Institute of the Republic of Kazakhstan visited the call center 109 and the "IT-Hub" sites of the West Kazakhstan Region, where he was presented with projects on digitalization of services. In particular, the projects of the company "IT-Group Kazakhstan", "Web-Design" and others.
The unified call center iKomek109 Uralsk was opened in March 2019 in order to quickly respond to the appeal of residents in the housing and utilities sector, which today operates in full mode around the clock. At the beginning of 2020, work was carried out to connect all districts of the region to this call center.
According to the head of the Department of Informatization, Public Services and Archives of the West Kazakhstan Region, Peter Lezhnikov, since March of last year, residents have become more likely to contact this service not only on housing and communal services, but also on the current situation with the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus infection. Since the opening, the operators of the Unified Contact Center "109" have received 201247 calls, and after the expansion from April 1, 2020, as of 20.04.2021, 167980 calls were received to the Call Center 109.
- The main questions received by the Call Center are doctor's appointment, home call service, COVID-19, drug supply, information about restrictive measures in connection with the pandemic, etc. In addition, groups on social payments were added (TSA, 42500, 50000 tenge, food and household kits), consultation and acceptance of applications for compensation for utilities in the amount of 15,000 tenge were organized, health care operators were added who advise on issues related to the activities of polyclinics, emergency medical services, the main symptoms of coronavirus infection, the algorithm of actions when symptoms are detected, etc. According to the order of the Health department of the West Kazakhstan Region, doctors on duty were involved to take prompt and timely measures, who advise the population, " said P. Lezhnikov.
Here the minister personally handed over the identity card to one of the citizens who received the state service. "In general, the work is well organized. One of my suggestions is that in large shopping centers, it is better to open small corners (computers connected to the Internet), where you can log in with an electronic signature and receive services. This reduces the queue. In the current situation with pandemics, this will prevent the concentration of people in one place, " Musin said.
Then Bagdat Musin got acquainted with the "IT-HUB" platform of the WKO. The platform, which was opened in 2019 at the expense of private investment, now employs IT companies interested in the development of digitalization. A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the regional Department of Informatization and "IT-HUB". Since the beginning of 2020, training in the web development program has been organized for university students. The Minister supported this idea and instructed its further expansion.
After familiarization, Minister Bagdat Musin generally gave a positive assessment of the work on digitalization in the region.
