THIS YEAR, WKO WILL BUILD AND RECONSTRUCT 16 WATER SUPPLY FACILITIES FOR 16 THOUSAND PEOPLE

In order to implement the instructions of the Head of State regarding industrialization and economic growth, active comprehensive work is being carried out on the development of the region.
One of the strategically important areas of activity is to provide the population with high-quality drinking water.
It is worth noting that as a result of the implementation of the industry programs "Drinking Water" for 2002-2010, "Development of regions until 2020" in the period from 2002-2020, 262 objects with a total length of 3,558 km were built and reconstructed.
As part of the implementation of the state program of housing and communal development "Nurly Zher" for 2020-2025, this year 4.2 billion tenge was allocated for the construction and reconstruction of 16 water supply facilities covering the population of more than 16 thousand people. The length of the water supply structures will be 266 km.
As a result, the water supply of the villages of the region will increase by 2.8 percentage points and will amount to 57.3%. This means that this year the provision of centralized water supply in the region will increase to 244 rural settlements
