In Uralsk, on the eve of the Nauryz holiday, 180 families received keys to apartments
On the eve of the Nauryz holiday, 180 residents of West Kazakhstan received the keys to their apartments. Housing was provided in a new apartment building in the North-Eastern part of the city.
Among the new settlers are persons equated to the participants of the Great Patriotic War, single-parent families, families raising children with disabilities, disabled people of the 1st and 2nd groups, employees of budget organizations, civil servants and depositors of Otbasy Bank.
The construction of a nine-storey large-panel residential complex was started by Bolashak - T LLP in December 2019, and in just a short time a multi-storey building was built, all engineering and communication networks were brought in, and the surrounding area was landscaped. The construction of the facility cost 1.8 billion tenge.
The house was built in the new direction of the "Nurly Zher" program. According to the head of the housing and utilities sector of the city Erlan Shaikhiev, the new direction of the program " Nurly Zher – - Shanyrak was developed on behalf of the Head of State. It provides citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan with profitable loans for the purchase of their own housing.
- The launch of the project "5-10-20" allowed Kazakhstanis, who have been waiting in line for housing for many years, to find their home. Now residents have the opportunity to purchase high-quality real estate at optimal prices, - says Yerlan Shaikhiev. - The conditions of the Shanyrak "5-10-20" program are very simple. The participant of concessional lending makes an initial payment of 10%. The loan rate for borrowers is 5% per annum, the loan term is up to 20 years. To date, more than 20 thousand families are on the waiting list for housing. According to the project, 180 apartments were commissioned. Among them, one-room – 72, two – room-72, three-room-36 apartments, the total area is 10221, 84 square meters.
In connection with the pandemic, the leadership of the region decided not to hold a solemn event with the presentation of keys. Akim of the region Gali Iskaliyev personally congratulated the families of the two owners of the coveted square meters.
A resident of the city of Uralsk, a medical worker Gulbanu Hisamedenova said that for many years they rented an apartment with their children, then lived with relatives.
– I got an apartment under the Shanyrak program, we saved for it for four years. There is no limit to our happiness, to be honest, we did not expect it. And when I got the call, I thought it was a prank. The apartment is bright, comfortable, spacious. This is such a surprise for Nauryz and it is symbolic that we stopped by our apartment on the eve of this holiday.
Salima Bisengalieva, a resident of the city and mother of three children, has been waiting in line for housing since 2008.
– We have lived in a rented apartment since 2002. They issued a loan for ten years. When we found out that we got a two-room apartment, we were a little confused. And one thought was spinning in my head: is all the difficulties behind us, and we will pay every month for our apartment, and not give money for rented housing. Of course, we are happy and grateful to the country's leadership, the country's workers for their work and help.
