Apartment on the eve of the holiday

Today, a nine-storey 117-apartment residential building has been commissioned in the village of Zachagansk. In a multi-storey residential building with a total area of 6852.81 sq. m., 36 apartments are one-room, 54-two-room, 27-three-room.

The construction of housing built under the "Nurly Zher" program in the country was carried out by "KurylysTaymContract" LLP. Despite the fact that the housing construction was completed in a timely manner, the documentation work took a long time. To the joy of the residents of the city, who received the long-awaited key to their apartments, the head of the city Abat Shynybekov addressed.

- Today, 117 residents of our city own new apartments. We see this as another result of the state program aimed at providing the local population with high-quality housing. The Nurly Zher program, initiated by the first president of the country, Elbasy Nursultan Nazarbayev, is successfully implemented in every region of the country. Once the village of Zachagansk was only a small area adjacent to the city. In recent years, several multi-storey buildings, schools and kindergartens, a polyclinic, sports facilities and shopping centers have been built from this village. Many streets have high-quality roads, and landscaping works are underway. Over the past six months, eight multi-storey residential buildings on Birlik Street have been put into operation. While there is a construction of several houses. Nearby at the expense of the company "KPO B.In" a modern sports complex is being built. Also recently, the Altyndar hypermarket was opened by private investors. Due to the increase in the population of the microdistrict, the plan includes an increase in the number of schools and kindergartens. We plan to open polyclinics and kindergartens necessary for the population from the first floor of multi-storey residential buildings under construction. All these works are done for the benefit of the population. Congratulations to today's apartment owners with new housing. Do not let happiness and prosperity leave your homes! I sincerely congratulate everyone on the past holiday, on the upcoming holiday of Nauryz! - said the mayor of the city Abat Shynybekov.

After that, the head of the city handed over the keys to the apartments to the residents. At the solemn event, the participants examined the premises of the new residential building and tasted treats from the new settlers.
