- Citizens often express critical comments related to the problem of cleanliness. Special attention should be paid to the cleanliness of not only the main streets, but also places of mass gathering of the population – markets, railway and bus stations. It is necessary to radically change the approach to the organization of cleaning. By the end of March, I instruct the owners of these objects to prepare a draft project for the improvement of places of mass visits, to approve specific steps to get rid of garbage.

Unlike other cities, last year in Uralsk, eight kilometers of the ditch line were repaired. It is necessary to provide for the expansion of the inner-city ditch network. Uralsk is a green city. I instruct you to develop a five-year plan for the improvement of the city. It is necessary to remove the old poplar bushes between the green spaces and, after consulting with the residents, turn the empty land into a park, a place for mass recreation. For a start, together with akim of district Baiterek to develop a scheme for the decoration on the gate in the direction of the route Samara-Shymkent approved by the decision of members of the Public Council. We continue to install video surveillance cameras in the city. Hundreds of cars pass through Uralsk. In 2020, 57 kilometers of street roads were repaired. Intense vehicular traffic and unobservability for the transport of goods affect the decline in the quality of roads.
