Fulfilling promises is the highest duty to society

Today, under the leadership of the chairman of the regional branch of the party – akim of the region Iskaliev G. N., a meeting of the Nur Otan faction was held in the conference hall of the West Kazakhstan regional branch of the party. The meeting of the faction was held in an online format, in which the heads of all interested local executive bodies and deputies of the territorial branches of the party for the WKO took part through the ZOOM platform.

The deputies of the faction together with the participants of the meeting discussed the Roadmap for the implementation of 14 election programs of the party in the region and recommended its approval at the meeting of the Bureau of the Political Council. The main directions of further joint work on the implementation of the election programs of the party of the region were discussed.

Also, questions were raised on the implementation of orders from residents of the area, which were assembled the deputies themselves since the beginning of intra-party elections, primaries, 40% of orders were included in the electoral program of the party in West Kazakhstan region.

In addition, the meeting considered the work plan of the faction for 2021. To date, the Nur Otan party, together with the government and local executive bodies in the whole country, has developed and presented for public consideration Road Maps for the implementation of the party's Election Programs in the region, cities, and districts with key indicators distributed for each year.

The program "Path of Change: A Decent life for everyone!" offers a number of specific measures aimed at the social progress of the country and improving the quality of life of the country's residents. There was a discussion of the Roadmap for the implementation of the Election Program and at the meeting of the regional deputy faction, which has 21 main indicators and 92 events were approved for these indicators, with implementation dates by year, as well as responsible performers. It is worth noting that each responsible performer will report on the performance of the event assigned to him.

In the next 2021-2025, 177 investment projects are planned to be put into operation in the region with the creation of more than 5.5 thousand new jobs. Taking comprehensive measures to create permanent jobs in the region will improve the well-being of our citizens. Within five years, it is planned to fully provide rural residents with high-quality drinking water: the construction of water supply facilities in 136 villages is completed, as well as the reconstruction of water supply networks in rural settlements.

In addition, in the next five years, it is planned to eliminate three-shift training by building 23 new schools. There will be a phased introduction of modern remote technologies, modernization of school canteens. It is also planned to build more than 50 sports facilities, sports and recreation complexes, and construction of yard sports grounds in the region.

As well as the development of national sports, traditional art, the implementation of projects to promote national values within the framework of the "Rukhani Zhangyru"program. The roadmap for the implementation of the regional election program of the party is planned to provide housing for more than 8 thousand socially needy citizens. It is planned to build over 3.3 million square meters of housing.

As well as the gradual improvement of the quality of more than 800 km of roads, which will improve the road network and provide additional opportunities. Within 5 years it is planned to reconstruct Sexybilly system of basin irrigation with the construction of the pond in the village of Korzhyn Karatobe district, reconstruction Mamayskogo, Sakrisoy system of basin irrigation in Kaztalov district, the construction of regularly irrigated land to 63 thousand hectares in the Terekty, in Taskala areas, district Baiterek, the extension of the extension, the total area irrigated plots to 341 hectares.

Today, one of the important issues of concern to the residents of the region is the high gas tariff and the shallowing of the Ural River. The Roadmap provides for specific measures to address these issues. The COVID-19 pandemic has become a serious challenge to the health system. Today, there is a shortage of specialized specialists in the region, there are problems with early diagnosis of diseases and providing citizens with medicines. Therefore, in the medium term, the main priority in the industry will be directed to the development and strengthening of the health infrastructure.

"The election program for the West Kazakhstan region provides for a set of specific measures aimed at the social progress of the region and improving the well-being of its population. It includes 40% of the orders from the residents of the region since the beginning of the primaries. I can say with confidence that our deputies, elected from the Nur Otan party, will fulfill the promises made to the people and monitor the implementation of the Roadmap! Our party takes all necessary measures to meet the expectations of the residents of our region, represents the interests of all segments of the population and acts as a link between the population and the government," said the head of the parliamentary faction Murat Mukayev.

Representatives of local executive bodies and deputies of the territorial branches of the party for the West Kazakhstan region took an active part in the discussion of the regional Roadmap for the implementation of the Election Program. All questions and suggestions were answered. Following the results of the meeting, a number of events were distributed among the members of the parliamentary faction and the terms of quarterly meetings were determined – reports of deputies to voters on the implementation of the Roadmap.
