Are there pension surpluses? Buy a house in WKR!

It is important that West Kazakhstanis who have accumulated pension surpluses-above the threshold of pension sufficiency-buy housing in our region, and not outside it.

According to cloudimat, the total number of depositors-future pensioners, whose pension savings exceed the threshold of sufficiency, is 26,009 people. Moreover, about 3000 of them have the opportunity to withdraw more than 10 million tenge and about 6000 – from 3 to 10 million tenge. As noted on Friday at a meeting on the plan for the development of apartment buildings, Akim of WKO Gali Iskaliyev, all these people with a good income have a stable job and are qualified specialists or businessmen. Of course, the authorities have a great interest in buying housing in our region and, first of all, in the regional center.

- The Mayor of Uralsk was instructed to prepare information on where and at what time housing will be built, to make it available so that people who want to buy it can see everything in free access, - said Gali Iskaliyev, explaining that it can be not only those who decided to withdraw affordable pension money, but also depositors of Otbasy Bank and just those who want to improve housing conditions.

The mayor of Uralsk, Abat Shynybekov, said that in 2020, 7 multi-apartment residential buildings were put into operation within the framework of the state program "Nurly Zher". The total area of the buildings is 91.5 thousand square meters, and the number of apartments is 1251. Five houses with 837 apartments were built for depositors of the housing and Communal Services, and two more with 414 apartments were built for waiting lists of local executive bodies. Also in 2020, 37 houses built by local developers were put into operation. This is 237.7 thousand square meters of commercial housing: ten 9-storey buildings, sixteen 5-storey buildings, two 4-storey buildings and nine 3-storey buildings.

- In 2021, at the expense of budget funds and KPO, it is planned to put into operation 10 multi-apartment residential buildings for 1226 apartments, - said the mayor of the city. -The development of design and estimate documentation for the construction of three residential neighborhoods in the Akzhayyk PDP with a total of 25 houses for 3,783 apartments with supply engineering networks and landscaping is underway. This year, it is planned to put into operation 285.2 thousand square meters of commercial housing.

At the meeting, it was noted that on the website "Uralsk in development uralsk.smartmap.kz" there is information about 30 multi-apartment residential buildings under construction at the expense of private funds. These are two 9-storey houses in Zachagansk; two 3-storey houses in the village of Zhelaevo and 25 5-and 9-storey houses in Uralsk. On this site the people of Kazakhstan will be able to find information on construction projects, their location, address, name of organization and contact the developer, and the number of apartments. There are also direct links to the UAPF and Otbasy Bank websites, where you can calculate the estimated amount of future payments that exceed the sufficiency threshold on the pension calculator.

Did not remain without attention to the Governor's office and the problem of cleaning the sidewalks of ice, especially this winter. On behalf of the Governor of the West Kazakhstan region, a special application was developed, designed with the help of mobile groups that will track the entire process, to encourage entrepreneurs to remove ice within a radius of five meters on the territory adjacent to shops and cafes. This application is running in action. Now, via SMS messages or by e-mail, all businessmen will be notified about their obligations, the terms of cleaning the territories (given a day) and in case of non - compliance-possible fines. By the way, their size is very impressive: from 80 thousand to 1 million tenge.
