N. Nigmatulin: The "Road map"of the Nur Otan party is a clear program of action

The Nur Otan faction in the Mazhilis will use all the mechanisms necessary to fulfill the party's election obligations. This was stated today by the Chairman of the Mazhilis, the head of the parliamentary faction Nurlan Nigmatulin.

At the expanded meeting of the Nur Otan faction in the Mazhilis, which was attended by Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin, members of the Government, First Deputy Chairman of Nur Otan Baurzhan Baibek, the main directions of further joint work on the implementation of the party's Election Program were discussed.

Recalling the instruction of Elbasy, the Leader of the party, Nursultan Nazarbayev, given to the Government, deputies and the Central Office on January 14 this year, within a month to develop a "Road Map" for the fulfillment of election obligations, Chairman of the Mazhilis, head of the parliamentary faction Nurlan Nigmatulin noted that the result of joint work was a detailed action plan for the next five years with verified indicators for each indicator. Stressing that the necessary financial resources are provided for the implementation, the Speaker of the Mazhilis expressed the readiness of the deputies to make the necessary amendments to finance the obligations to the people when considering the draft of the next republican budget, taking into account objective external and internal factors.

According to Nurlan Nigmatulin, the" Road Map " takes into account the interests of all segments of the population and therefore it is extremely important to control every point of the party's election program. For this purpose, the coordinators from the Government, the Nur Otan faction in the Mazhilis and from the Central Office of the party have been identified. In addition to constant monitoring, at the beginning of each regular year, the results of the work done will be summed up. The party members will inform the Party Leader about the results achieved, as well as the risks that arise.

At the same time, all the directions of the "Road Map" are distributed among the relevant committees of the Mazhilis. And to strengthen control over specific points of the "Road Map", each of the deputies-members of the Nur Otan faction is assigned. The deputies propose to identify those personally responsible for providing information on the implementation of the program items from the relevant state bodies. At the very least, it should be a vice-minister.

- The Nur Otan faction in the Mazhilis, following the instructions of the Leader of our party, Elbasy Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev, will first of all ensure the timely adoption of laws aimed at fulfilling the party's election obligations. At the same time, the deputies of the Faction will take the implementation of the Election Program within the framework of the" Road Map " under their constant and systematic control. These are the effective levers that will allow us to effectively implement all the points of our Election Program, " Nurlan Nigmatulin stressed.
