JSC "Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation "Aqjaiyq" has implemented two projects aimed at stabilizing prices for socially important food products in the region.

According to the first deputy head of this joint-stock company Artur Doskaliev, the first project is a network of social stores. Here, the principle of" from producer to consumer"is taken as a basis. The network of social stores is aimed at high-quality food delivery to the population without intermediaries. Moreover, products in such points are sold at a price cheaper than on the market. Retail outlets offered to entrepreneurs have the same area. Currently, 10 kiosks of social stores are open in Uralsk. The five newly installed ones will be leased to the owners. In connection with the current quarantine measures, social kiosks are provided to entrepreneurs at a discount, the rent is 17 thousand 500 tenge per month. And at the end of the quarantine measures, the rent will be 35 thousand tenge per month. By the end of the year, 15 more such social stores will be operating in the city. Then the number of social retail outlets in Uralsk will reach 30.

The second project "100 shopping places" is aimed at supporting entrepreneurs. Simplifies the registration and allocation of land plots to entrepreneurs. Puts the street trade in order. The program was launched in Uralsk and Aksai. Ready-made land plots under the project are provided to entrepreneurs through an auction. To participate in the auction, the participant must make an initial payment of 85 thousand tenge. Auctions for a land plot are carried out by the method of increasing prices. "Such land plots are provided in trust management to the entrepreneur for 7 years. An entrepreneur who rents a plot of land must open a food store, coffee shop, and other retail outlets there, such as doner, shawarma, flower sales, maintenance, mobile phone repairs, etc. The cost of renting a land plot is 340 thousand tenge per year, " A. Doskaliyev said.

Last year, auctions for land plots were held three times, this year four times. 14 land plots in Uralsk and 11 in the city of Aksay are provided to entrepreneurs for opening retail outlets. All the details can be found on the website of the Enterprise Corporation.
