Growth of the city's economy

It provides for the achievement of 5 target indicators that reflect an increase in the growth rate of tax and non-tax revenues to the local budget, ensuring the growth of the manufacturing industry, ensuring food security, creating favorable conditions for increasing the economic activity of businesses.

According to Almira Tulegenova, head of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of Uralsk, for the planned five-year plan for investments in the manufacturing industry, it is planned to increase from 4,042.9 million tenge in 2021 to 7,373. 4 million tenge in 2025. In this regard, the index of the physical volume of manufacturing output will be 102% in 2025, which will be achieved thanks to 18 investment projects with the creation of about 1.1 thousand new jobs.

- The number of operating small and medium-sized businesses will increase from 25.1 thousand units in 2021 to 26.9 thousand. units in 2025, which will be achieved due to the implementation of the program "business roadmap-2025", the year will be subsidized 50 projects, which provides a guarantee of at least 15 projects per year, lending at least 10 priority projects of existing enterprises of the city with the use of concessional lending under the program "Economics of simple things", 120 annual allocation of state grants for the implementation of new business ideas, microcredit 80 participants and entrepreneurship training at least 500 people in the framework of the program "Enbek"., Also in the service sector, it is planned to build 2 hotel complexes in 2025, 2 shopping centers with a total area of 11 thousand square meters in 2021-2022, and the opening of the indoor market "Ashikzhol" with a total area of 3.5 thousand square meters, " A. Infrastructure development

This direction provides for the achievement of 9 target indicators that reflect the development of housing construction, provision of high-quality drinking water, improvement of the condition of local roads, modernization of housing and communal services infrastructure, development of rural areas, and improvement of the environment. In addition, as part of the Housing and Utilities Modernization Program, 41 multi-family residential buildings will be overhauled and 28 passenger elevators of multi-family residential buildings will be replaced, which will reduce the proportion of condominium facilities requiring repairs. Every year for 5 years, 15 yard territories will be repaired. Also today, the wear and tear of the city bus fleet is 54%. To solve this problem, it is planned to purchase 100 new buses by 2025.

Development of the social sphere

Speaking at the end of the session, the head of the city Abat Shynybekov noted the importance of approving this program, which outlined the main areas of work for 2021-2025.
