– I worked for the owner for several years, then decided to open my own business. I wanted to work for myself for a long time, but I didn't know how to implement it all. He had mastered the craft of blacksmithing perfectly, but he did not know how to run a business properly. He was trained in the basics of entrepreneurship under the Business Bastau program, received a preferential loan in the amount of 4 million tenge. With this money, I purchased forges and other equipment necessary for work in Chelyabinsk, brought it and installed it, and since 2019 I have my own blacksmith shop, IP "Arumet". The support from the state of course played a huge role, the fact that I myself would not be able to take out such a loan in a bank, there I would have to pay twice as much as I took, all the income would go to repay the interest. As it is, I will only pay the amount I took. Now, of course, there are not many orders, we have seasonal work, but in the summer I hope that orders will go.
