Approved development plans for the next five years

The second extraordinary session of the maslikhat was held in the building of the regional maslikhat, where the deputies unanimously adopted the program for the development of the territory of the West Kazakhstan region for 2021-2025.

It should be noted that before the approval of the project on the eve of the deputies discussed it for two and a half hours.

As noted by the head of the regional Department of economy and budget planning Tlepbergen Kayupov, the Program is designed in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the basis of the list of indicators approved by the order of the Minister of national economy of Kazakhstan and is aimed at ensuring sustainable economic growth, providing welfare and quality performance of services of education, health, sports, public security, life-sustaining infrastructure in the region for the next 5 years.

In total, the program defines 4 main areas: the growth of the region's economy, infrastructure development, social development and public safety. In addition, it is planned to achieve 15 goals and 28 target indicators, including the construction of housing, education, health, sports and other significant facilities, the repair and construction of water supply facilities, highways, emergency response infrastructure, the implementation of investment projects, employment and other measures that contribute to further socio-economic development.
