Housewarming on the eve of the holiday

On the eve of the First President's Day, another new house for 198 apartments with a total area of 5673.87 square meters was commissioned as part of the Nurly Zher state program.

The state program of housing construction "Nurly Zher" was developed on behalf of Elbasy Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev.

According to the Governor of WKO Gali Iskaliev, this year about 17 billion tenge was allocated for housing construction in the region, as well as 3 billion tenge for infrastructure.

- On December 1, we have a big holiday - the day of the First President. Nursultan Abishevich Nazarbayev became the President of Kazakhstan on this day in 1991. The delivery of this house coincided with the date of the holiday and has a symbolic meaning, because it was on his behalf that the Nurly Zher program was opened in 2016, according to which people with low incomes will be provided with housing. This is a rental housing, where you will have to pay about 10 thousand tenge per month for a two-room apartment. This house consists of 198 apartments, exactly half of them are intended for mothers with many children who have four or more children. I congratulate you, let your homes be warm, bright and children's laughter will be heard. This is public housing, where you can live all your life, as well as your children and grandchildren. You need to treat it as your own, unite and immediately take up its content, - said Gali Iskaliev.

The Governor of the WKO also said that currently 17 houses are being built in the cities of Uralsk and Aksai and 474 apartments in the districts of the region. This is done in order to provide the population with affordable and high-quality housing.
