Dear West Kazakhstan citizens!
I congratulate you on the day of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan!
On this day, we remember the role of the Leader of the nation in the formation of our young state.
In many ways, thanks to our First President, Kazakhstan occupies a special place
on the world map today.
He managed to unite society to overcome the trials and difficulties that befell
our Republic at the dawn of its independence.
