Project Implementation Issues Discussed in Akzhayik District

The next working visit of the Regional Project Office of West Kazakhstan Region took place in Akzhayik District.

During the event, practical and methodological assistance was provided, and the current status of projects being implemented in the district was reviewed. The main purpose of the visit was to provide methodological support to ensure the efficient and timely implementation of projects.

The meeting was attended by A.A. Tolegenov, Head of the District Akim's Office, heads of independent departments, and responsible specialists from structural divisions.

As part of the visit, discussions were held regarding the major renovation of G. Makhambetov Secondary School in the village of Bazarsholan, Akzhayik District. The school is being modernized under the National Plan project “Modernization and Major Renovation of 1,300 Schools”.

Special attention was also given to the quality of project implementation, compliance with established deadlines, and the accurate and complete submission of technical documentation into the Bitrix information system. Specific methodological recommendations were provided to the responsible specialists.
