Methodological Support Provided and Monitoring Conducted for the “Comfortable School” Project in Burlin District

Methodological support on the Bitrix and Aimaq07 information systems was provided in Burlin District.

Representatives of the district administration and responsible specialists participated in the meeting. During the event, guidance was provided on the effective use of the systems, and participants received comprehensive answers to their questions.

The methodological support was delivered by M. Sultangaliyev, Head of the Project Office of West Kazakhstan Region, and B. Khairullin, Head of the Project Management Department.

In addition, monitoring activities were carried out regarding the construction works under the national “Comfortable School” project being implemented in the city of Aksai, Burlin District.

As part of the project, a site visit was conducted to inspect the progress of the school construction works. The Project Office also carried out oversight activities and reviewed current issues related to the construction process.

These activities were organized jointly with the National Project Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Joint Stock Company “Samruk-Kazyna”, and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Necessary coordination and methodological support were provided to ensure the successful implementation of the project.
