The First Digital Smart Point PSC Opens in Ulytau Region

The Ulytau Region has become the first region in Kazakhstan to launch a new-format Smart Point digital Public Service Center (PSC). This modern and innovative space is designed to elevate the quality of public service delivery to a new level.

The project aims to improve digital literacy among citizens, promote the independent use of electronic public services, and create a convenient, modern, and technology-driven environment for interaction between citizens and the government.
