A person who saves a human life must have not only an unshakable spirit, but also excellent physical fitness and training, and skillfully apply the skills of salvation. I am sure that this is the result not only of your professional activity, but also of the correct upbringing of your parents. Expressing great gratitude to you on my behalf, I can say that your sons can be proud of their father, - G. Iskaliev said in his welcoming speech.

As A. Nurgalieva admits, at that moment he thought of nothing but how to save the drowning woman.

- I didn't understand how I was swimming at that moment, because I had to save a person. She was wearing a heavy black down jacket, which I grabbed, struggling with the strong current of the river, and pulled her towards the shore, " A. Nurgaliyev said.

A. Nurgaliev is a native of the village of Bisen, Bokeyordinsky district, and has been serving in the National guard since 2015. She has 4 sons. Now he gives most of his time to the service. His parents are doctors by vocation, and most likely the desire to help others Askar took over from them.

Recall that on October 26, at about 11.30 am, senior Sergeant Askar Nurgaliyev, returning from the next shift of duty in his car, saw a woman on the bridge, who jumped off the bridge into the Chagan river. Then Askar immediately called the emergency services, and without wasting a minute, he braked the car sharply, jumped out of it, undressed and jumped after in an attempt to save the jumped off. The woman had just a few seconds left, but thanks to the skillful and decisive actions of the guardsman, she was pulled out of the water to the shore in a timely manner, by which time emergency service officers and a police squad arrived at the scene.
