New sports complex opened in Uralsk

Today in Zachagansk opened a sports complex of the specialized children's and youth school of the Olympic reserve in single combats "Zhekpe ZHEK".

According to Kanat Zhangaliev, Director of the Zhekpe ZHEK sports complex, the school is developing in eight areas: Taekwondo, Boxing, Sambo, kazaksha kures, martial arts, Greco-Roman wrestling, karate, and judo.<br /> - Today is a historic day for us, we were allocated a large building with two large halls. Before that, we were constantly experiencing difficulties with the room. Currently, about 1,500 children are enrolled in the school. About 200 children can train in the halls at the same time. For comparison, previously only 30 people could study in one hall. We have 65 coaches on staff, two of them are honored coaches of Kazakhstan and coaches of the highest category, " Kanat Zhangaliyev said.

Nurislam Kayirgali, a student of school number 19, won Championships in Bratislava, Turkey and at the age of 11 is already a six-time karate-do Shotokan champion.
