West Kazakhstan residents can choose a polyclinic for attachment until November 15

From September 15 to November 15, the annual campaign to attach the population, that is, free choice within the territory of the primary health care organization's residence, began. According to the regional health Department of the West Kazakhstan region, the number of people attached to polyclinics in the region is 68.5 thousand citizens, the correspondent of MIA "Kazinform"reports.

A special feature of this year is that every citizen can attach to the clinic independently through the e-government website – egov.kz. In order for the doctor to monitor the health of attached patients, it is recommended to choose a polyclinic in close proximity to the place of residence. Otherwise, doctors from another area will not visit patients at home, which is especially important during a pandemic. Having attached to the PHC organization during the campaign, citizens will receive medical care in it from January 1, 2021. At the same time, until December 31 of this year, they will continue to be served in the clinic to which they were attached earlier. Based on the results of the attachment campaign, funding will be planned for 2021, since the Fund pays per capita funding to medical organizations every month for each attached resident.

"Free attachment can be made by every citizen of Kazakhstan through the website egov.kz. When choosing a polyclinic, take into account which section depends on the number of attached ones. If to the therapist, there should be no more than 2200 people. If to the pediatrician, then no more than 900, and here you need to view what age. Some take from 0 to 5 years. It should be noted that disabled people, pensioners, guardians, military personnel and other citizens can be attached directly to the clinic itself. all other citizens must be attached via the website. According to the regional health Department, the number of people assigned to polyclinics in the region is 68.5 thousand citizens. Medical institutions themselves cannot detach a person. This is done automatically during attachment to another clinic. If a citizen did not submit an application during the specified period, he remains in the clinic where he was served this year. Thus, attachment to the clinic is carried out in two ways:

– when applying through the e-government web portal www.e.gov.kz attachment is made if there is an EDS. In the "health care" section, select the service "Attachment to a medical organization that provides primary health care". The polyclinic receives information about the patient from state information systems automatically. If the operation is successful, the citizen is issued a notification of attachment in the form of an electronic document signed by the medical organization's EDS;

- certain categories of the population can be attached directly to the clinic. To do this, you must submit an application in any form and an identity document. These include pensioners, disabled people, guardians assigned by law to a disabled person from childhood, as well as guardians or Trustees, foster carers; convicts serving in colonies (at the place of serving), students, conscripts, children born in foreign countries, people who make an attachment by proxy.

The attachment campaign is carried out only among medical organizations registered in the Database of health care entities and applying for medical services under the gobmp and OSMS. You can view this list on the Foundation's website www.fms.kz in the "Choose a clinic" section.

In order not to be left without access to medical care, it is recommended to check the status of attachment directly at the polyclinic at the place of residence or on the e-government web portal via EDS. Recall that regardless of the status of insurance, all citizens have the right to a guaranteed amount of free medical care. For planned hospitalization, admission by narrow specialists, passing expensive examinations and receiving high-tech treatment, you must be insured in the OSMS system.
