Explanatory work on registration of employment contracts in electronic format

Amendments to the Labor Code provide for the obligation of employers to enter information into the Unified System for Recording Labor Contracts (ESUTD):

on labor contracts, additional agreements to labor contracts and the facts of termination of labor contracts;
information about the labor activity of employees (where the employee currently works), based on the documents provided for in Article 35 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Based on the above, the Labor Inspection Department of the West Kazakhstan region is conducting explanatory work on the registration of labor contracts in electronic format in cities and regions.

In particular, on March 5-6 this year. In the Baiterek and Terekti districts, the state labor inspectors of the department D. Kalel and T. Asylbekov held meetings, where the procedure for joining the e-HR system was explained in detail. More than 50 heads of enterprises, institutions, organizations of these regions took part in the meetings.
