Online seminar for members of the IRG of the West Kazakhstan region

With the support of the Ministry of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the "Center for Support of Civil Initiatives" of a non-profit joint stock company within the framework of the grant project "Organization of training and retraining of members of the IRG on Religious Issues" organized by the public fund "Center for the Study of the Problems of Terrorism and Extremism in the Republic Kazakhstan ”On August 11 this year, an online training seminar was held with the help of the Zoom program for members of regional awareness-raising groups.

The purpose of the event is to increase the competence and potential of members in outreach work among target groups of the population and the introduction of innovative approaches in preventive work.

During the seminar, the director of the Institute for Retraining Specialists in the Field of Prevention of Extremism at the Egyptian University of Islamic Culture Nur-Mubarak, Islamic scholar A. Sabdin on the topic "The main problems of deradicalization of society", PhD Doctor, Senior Lecturer of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi K. Bagasharov on the topic "Islam - for tolerance and pluralism", Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Professor of the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T. Zhurgenov M. Abzelbayev on the topic "Technique of the Speaker's Speech", Professor of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi, President of the Public Fund " Center for the Study of the Problems of Terrorism and Extremism in the Republic of Kazakhstan "M. Bishmanov on the topic" Countering extremism and terrorism in the context of globalization. " At the end of the event, participants asked questions and exchanged views.

The seminar participants will be sent certificates and guidelines on the topics: "Collection of lectures", "Basics of public speaking", "Innovative methods of preventive and targeted work with target groups."
