Journalists have increased knowledge in the field of religions

On October 25, 2019, the Center for the Study of Problems of Religions organized a seminar for the pool of regional journalists on the topic "Publication of issues of the religious sphere in the media."

The purpose of the seminar is to familiarize journalists of the region dealing with religious issues with the main guidelines for covering the topic of religion, strengthening the interaction of state bodies and the media in the field of countering religious extremism and terrorism. A lecture to journalists of printed pages, TV channels of regional, city and district levels was read by the press secretary of the Egyptian University of Islamic Culture "Nur-Mubarak", Master of Arts, Islamic scholar Kenesbaeva Aisha Amanovna.

The seminar addressed issues related to the method of presenting information on the topic of religion, the importance of setting the topic, the principles taken into account when revealing the topic of religion, the continuity of religion and traditions, etc.

In her speech, Aisha Amanovna shared her opinion: “Since the information period is now developed, a journalist must provide competent, reasoned information. Therefore, starting from the presented topic, every word, every thought of information, awakening the consciousness of society, will give a result if clearly and competently offered to the public. "
