The Department for Religious Affairs of the West Kazakhstan region (hereinafter referred to as the Department) carried out an analysis of the received applications from individuals and legal entities for 10 months of 2020.
For 10 months of 2020, the Department received 10 complaints from individuals and legal entities (in 2019 - 21), which is 48% less than in the same period in 2019. Of these, applications - 10 (in 2019 - 15), requests - 0 (in 2019 - 2), proposals - 0 (in 2019 - 4)
Out of the number of appeals received, the Department considered - 9 appeals, on execution - 0, sent to a higher authority - 1.
Based on the results of consideration, an explanation was given - 5, satisfied - 4, refused - 0, terminated - 0.
As of 2020, within 10 months, the Office received 1 complaint. There were no violations in terms of consideration of applications.
A significant part of the appeals is made up of statements on issues of a religious nature, on which appropriate explanations have been given.
The employees of the Department are constantly improving their work with appeals from individuals and legal entities. To date, a clear system of work with appeals has been established, from their receipt to control and execution of the decision.
It is worth noting that compliance by individuals and legal entities with the requirements of the legislation on the procedure for considering citizens' appeals helps to timely and qualitatively consider and resolve their issues.
