Within the framework of the budget of popular participation, the following measures are put to the vote and implemented by the Akimat (akim's office)::
1) landscaping of the territory;
2) arrangement of sidewalks;
3) construction and repair of sidewalks, ramps, ditches;
4) creation, repair and lighting of public areas (parks, squares, pedestrian zones, streets and other objects);
5) repair of curbs, paving stones, retaining walls;
6) liquidation of landfills;
7) installation and repair of gazebos, benches, urns, equipment and structures for children's games and adult recreation in public areas;
8)installation, repair and lighting of sports (training grounds, football, basketball, volleyball fields), children's playgrounds in courtyards and in public areas;
9) provision of sanitation;
10) repair of sports and cultural facilities.
The Expert Council regularly analyzes project proposals.
Requirements for project proposals proposed for implementation at the expense of the budgets of the city of republican, regional and district significance, the capital:
1) common use object;
2) relevance for residents of the relevant territories.
At the same time, project proposals that are not allowed to vote are not allowed.:
1) are not integral, but have a fragmentary nature (the implementation of one of the elements in the future will require the implementation of additional elements);
2) do not correspond to the development priorities of the corresponding locality;
3) provide for the implementation of private commercial proposals;
4) previously, similar projects were implemented in the constituent parts of the corresponding locality.
The collection of project proposals from residents of the city is carried out from May 19 to June 07 of the current fiscal year.
