Dear residents of the Burlinsky district, a regional program for residents is starting!
For the first time, the mortgage housing program for the purchase of housing by residents of our district will be implemented through Otbasy Bank JSC. The real estate being sold is a two-apartment residential building with a private plot with a total area of each house of 103 sq.m located at the address: West Kazakhstan region, Burlinsky district, Aksai, Novy Araltal microdistrict, Zhakhansha Dosmukhameduly Street.
All residents of the Burlinsky district in all fields of activity will be able to participate in the program.
The maximum loan amount is 22,000,000 (Twenty-two million) tenge.
The amount of the initial payment -10%;
The interest rate is 5% (five percent) per annum;
The term of the preliminary loan is up to 96 (Ninety-six) months;
Requirements for participants:
1. Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2. The Participant of the Program and his family members living together with him (minor children, etc., if available) have permanent registration in the Burlinsky district of the West Kazakhstan region for at least the last 1 (one) year continuously;
3. Official work experience in the chosen field of activity in the Burlinsky district, at least one year at the time of filing the application, confirmed by an extract from the pension account;
4. Only one of the spouses can participate in the program;

1. Application of the prescribed form (issued by the Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways)
2. Certificate of absence (availability) of immovable property for the applicant and all family members in the Republic of Kazakhstan
3. Statement of pension accruals for the last year received from the web portal "Electronic Government" (egov.kz
4. Confirmation of the applicant's civil status (marriage or divorce certificate, child's birth certificate, disability certificate if available).
5. A certificate of employment on an official letterhead or certified by the seals of the organization, indicating the position, period of work, salary amount.
6. Documents confirming the length of service (employment, track record, etc.).
If necessary, the authorized body has the right to request other supporting documents.
Documents will be accepted at the State Institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of the Burlinsky district" at the address: Aksai, Abai Avenue 3/1, 204 office, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:30.
