The rates of the state fee for the registration of acts of civil status for 2023

* for registration of marriage – 1 MCI - 3,450 tenge;

* for registration of divorce:

by mutual consent of spouses who do not have minor children – 2 MCI - 6 900 tenge;

on the basis of a court decision with persons recognized in the prescribed manner as missing or incapacitated due to mental illness or dementia, or with persons convicted of committing a crime to imprisonment for a term of more than three years – 0.1 MCI - 345.0 tenge;

* for the registration of a change of surname, first name or patronymic – 2 MCI; 4) for the issuance of certificates in connection with the change, addition, except for the introduction of changes, additions in connection with the establishment of paternity and adoption (adoption), correction and restoration of civil status records – 0.5 MCI - 1,725 tenge;

* for the issuance of repeated certificates of registration of acts of civil status – 1 MCI - 3,450 tenge;

* for making changes, additions to the act record on state registration of birth or for state registration of birth in connection with changes in personal data during adoption by foreign citizens – 2 MCI - 6 900 tenge;

* for issuing certificates of civil status registration – 0.3 MCI - 1035 tenge;

* for requesting certificates of civil status registration from the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States – 0.5 MCI - 1,725 tenge;

* for the claim of certificates of civil status registration from foreign states, with the exception of the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States – 1 MCI - 3,450 tenge.
